I have 5 more pounds left to lose.........did I eat too much for brunch? I'm 13 years old, a girl, 99 pounds, and in desperate need for my perfect body before the big family reunion in 3 weeks!

I'm 5 feet. And btw, my family is extremely judgemental. They always tell me to lose weight....and they are always telling me to hit the gym and eat less. I've always been fat since I was a kid.

I'm sure you're body is just right already, but mini swirls cereal isn't the best thing to eat. get one with more fiber and less sugar, like one of the flavored cheerios.

You're being ridiculous and you know it.
At 13, you shouldn't be worried about that. Your body is going to go through a lot of changes, and your weight will change and you will gain. Sometimes your body grows first, and sometimes you will grow INTO the weight you have gained. You never know. Don't try to diet until you are 16 or 17. Just eat healthy and don't be a couch potato.
You must be fishing for attention, don't do that. People in school will make fun of you.
Plus, I don't think your family should care.

noooo thats not tooo much expecially if its brunch. dont worry about it and 99 pounds is fine u dont need too lose aloa weight
