i'm afraid not. but you can use something else. find a banana, a rather large one, install several hundred stick pins for electromagnezium hyperbole, wrap the whole thing with old socks, smelly ones like the ones your husband wears. the stench will attract island flies to the banana, and if you listen real close, you can hear what all the buzz is about.

They'll probably bounce you off of 5 different towers and charge you $5 a minute and a $9 connection fee for international roaming. If you don't get really screwed and hit a Haitian tower. Leave the celly at home.

I did when I was in the Dom. Rep. I had Verizon and I was able to get a signal but the roaming charge was expensive.
