There are a lot branches of engineering which have a huge scope. There is computer engineering and civil engineering and biochemical engineering is also interesting with a lot of scope. Astrophysics and mechanical engineering are some of the branches in which many people try their hand at.

There are three fundamental engineering branches ,mechanical,electrical,civil.
All the other branches are derived from it.All are equally important. Other important branches aeronotical engg..,elctronics &communication.computer science..etc.
I am studying electronics and communication.It is a good branch,and have lot of scope.ONE THING is interest and knowledge in mathematics.
computer science and it also good ,and have lot of chances to get a dream job in IT field..
i recommend you that you select a branch as your interest and need not worry about the scope.

now a days ECE and CSE are having more scope.
I think ECE is better, becuse after completion of ur degree u can either join in electronics field or in Computers filed.
now a days lot of ECE people are joining in Comp by learning some programming languages.
if u really want a good job then u must join in CSE only. because electronics students may face problems after joining in Computers.

In my personal view,civil engg.will be better option to choose your career.Todays scope is in computer/ electronics.

Chemical engineering obviously !!
( Its the toughest among all the engineering)
As a chemical engineer you can diversify and focus on :
CHEMICAL ENGINEERING ( almost 12 types)
MECHANICAL ENGINEER ( 3 type )
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER ( 8 types)
CIVIL ENGINEER ( 1 type -: waste water treatment )

COMPUTER SCIENCE HAS THE BEST SCOPE. IT IS THE MOST WANTED ENGINEERING IN ALL THE IITS AND NITS.
