It's very simple and very yummy. I call it hashbrown casserole, some people call it cheesy potatos. Grease a 9 by 13 pan, spread frozen hashbrowns on it about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch thick, sprinkle with seasoning salt and pepper. Pour on cream of mushroom soup (1 can made as directed, including heating.), then cover with grated marble cheese. Put in 350degree oven for about an hour. Stick fork in and if the hashbrowns are soft , it's ready. Very easy and I get rave reviews! Hope this helped, good luck!

EASY CROCK POT LASAGNA
1 pound chuck or 1/2 pound chuck
1/2 pound ground turkey
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 28 oz jar spaghetti sauce (your favorite)
1/3 cup water
8 lasagna noodles
1 4 1/2 oz can mushrooms
1 15 oz carton ricotta cheese (optional)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Brown meat and seasoning, drain.
Mix spaghetti sauce and water. Place 4 uncooked noodles in lightly greased crockpot.
Layer with beef mixture, sauce and mushrooms.
Spread evenly with ricotta cheese and sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella.
Layer with remaining noodles, meat, sauce mixture, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese.
Cover, cook on high 1 hour.
Reduce heat and cook on low 5 hrs.
Yield: 4 servings
I swear this works and in a large crock pot, the cooking time is even slower.
EASY ENCHILLADAS
2 lbs gorund beef
1 large onion (diced or minced)
chili powder
salt
pepper
1 small can of refried beans
2 10 oz cans of enchillada sauce
corn tortillas
cooking oil
cheddar cheese
mozzarella cheese
sliced olives
In a large skillet, brown meat. Add chili powder, onion, salt, pepper and any other spices you like.
When meat is browned, stir in the refried beans and 3/4 of a can of enchilada sauce. Mix well and cook.
Heat cooking oil in a skillet to about 300F degrees.
Fry tortillas in oil for 10 seconds then flip and fry for about 5 seconds. Remove and place on on a paper towel and cover.
Repeat frying process until you have the desired amount
When tortillas are cool enough to touch, lay one out and scoop meat and bean mixture and top with cheese.
Roll up and place in a pan.
When pan is full, pour remaining enchilada sauce over rolled tortillas and top with cheese and olives.

Here's a really easy meal that my whole family loves.
Get as many chicken breasts as you want/ need and put them in a cake pan. Preheat your oven to 375 Farenheit.
Pour Italian dressing over the chicken, make sure there aren't any spots without dressing. Then you'll put it in the oven for at least half an hour.
If you want any more simple recipes, you can email me. My sister's a really good cook, so I can borrow some of her recipes.
