and when she comes over to my house she sleeps naked on my couch even during the day and when i tell her something she gets angry can i get some help

Sleeping naked is not a big deal when in your own room. I can't believe this girl feels comfortable doing that at somebody elses house. strange.
As for the 5 yr old.. who cares.

Please realize that nudity is NOT a bad thing. If you had company over, than of course it's inappropriate. If you have sons and they have not been raised as nudists, than this can come as a shock to them, so she should either not let them see her or not do it. If it's just you and her and her sister, it shouldn't be a problem. You're an adult, so you should be able to handle it. As the for the five year old's perdickament, I go commando sometimes, but it's only when I'm mowing or sleeping. Plus, I didn't start until I was 14.

There is nothing wrong with that as long as it is kept private. I understand not wanting your niece to sleep naked at your house, but you need to sit down and talk to her about when it is and isn't appropriate. Tell her that though she may be allowed to sleep naked at home, you have rules about such things and if she can't obey them she can't say. But there is no law about having to wear pj's or underpants. Just because you think it's wrong doesn't mean it is. So just deal with what is happening in your home and don't worry about what goes on at your sisters. BTW not wearing panties does not make you a whore.

My 15 year old daughter goes naked at home. She's the only one In our house who goes naked, but she never has clothes on at home. I know she takes off her clothes at a couple of her friends houses as well. She's just unusually comfortable naked. We let her go nude no matter who comes to our house, if they are uncomfortable, they can leave.

Her 5 year old daughter needs to wear undergarments to school.
The 15 year old can sleep nude in her own bed at home if she wishes, but surely at 15 she knows to wear night clothes at someone elses house especially if she is sleeping on the couch.
This is terribly inappropriate not to teach these girls modesty away from home.

well, i slept naked at 15, but it's inappropriate at someone else's house, so you need to say something about that. as for the 5 year old, it is completely inappropriate for her to be going to school without panties on, for whatever reason. i'd suggest that if you're in any position, check her before she goes to school and keep a few pairs of panties on hand to put on her if she doesn't have any. you also need to speak with your sister and make sure she understands that what she is doing is potentially dangerous and harmful to her youngest child.

1st of all when someone's in "YOUR HOUSE" you make the rules, not some little teenage girl. Forget that!!! The little one going to class without panties?? Call the school and ask if there's a dress code that requires students to wear underwear, then show it to you sister, or tell the school what's going on, they'll have to call her out on it....

First of all, do not invite her over anymore. There are house rules and if your minor guests whom you are responsible for, do not obey you do not have to invite them . This is asking for trouble and I do not know what your sister is thinking but you do not want to have to tell her that while at your house, her daughter had sex and is now pregnant. Thats where this is heading anyway. weird.

I think you have the right to tell her to put on clothes at ur house. Youy shoyuld confront ur sister and tell her childern how to behave at YOUR house.
