ive have lived in tennesse for 2 yrs (it waz great) and if u wanna do it ther thats a good choice.but do it in like knoxville,nashville,memphis. any major cities.(remember tn educations not that great so go to tha city wher people r) but knoxville is tha greatest place u could go to get what u need. and 4 cheap

There is a guy in Sturgis, MI that does EXCELLENT work and has great prices. The shop is called In the Eye of the Armadillo. His name is Todd Spar and he is AWESOME! He has been doing tat's since 1983. He is fast, courteous and over all a great artist.
