Seriously...this is not something you genuinely need to worry about. Don't know about Hispanics or Asians, but most Caucasians' equipment will lengthen and (slightly) widen when it becomes erect.
If you are talking about your erect state, generally, all of the nerves you need to worry about are within the first 3-4 inches of your lady's "special place."
