Whichever gives u more enjoyment?
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Running on treadmill (6mph) burns 560 calories
Elipitical trainer burns about 500 calories
Kickboxing burns about 580 calories
These are just estimates because the amount of calories you burn is based on your height/weight.
I use www.fitday.com to track my daily workouts.
Also check out http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/calories.htm to find out how many calories you can burn with lots of different activities.
Remember, it take 3500 calories burned to lose 1 pound.
Good luck,
Pam

I fyou do all of them it would be a good mix. Your body wouldn't get trained to doing one thing, and you wouldn't plateau as badly.
I danced for 8 years, and thought I was fit enough to do rock climbing. Well, it was different for my body and I was sooore!
Athletes have had the same problems. If your body gets used to doing ONE thing, it's not good for overall fitness.
