Hey, did someone who calls themselves Ms. Hardcore just advise you not to call yourself Devil girl? Crazy world, huh? At any rate, there'a a lot of misery associated with waiting while a loved one serves overseas and a fair amount of anxiety for you both. Write as often as you can, and I'm sure he'll call you whenever the opportunity presents itself. It may be a great time to bond with members of his family since you're all feeling a similar separation anxiety, and/or seek out others in your area who are going through a similar circumstance. Keep the faith. Good luck to you and God bless.

...I would say "try to learn to have some patience and peace deep within yourself darling". Write him a letter everyday...and send them all to him in bulk at the end of the week seriously. Hopefully he loves you simply as much as you love him darling...cause that stuff you two have?...is really quite cool. War is cruel on everyone sweetie....especially loved ones that are left behind here to wonder. Our minds wonder and obsess and get crazy sometimes counting the days until they return. Some people don't return honey. Let's hope your BF does though Pray everyday darling that he does. He won't be the exacting same person that left you temporarily to go fight in the war though darling. He'll be a broader based person with mental reflections though. My son spent 8 years as a Ranger in the Army over there and in Afghanistan too. He's seen allot of death and mischief and mayhem in his youthful lifetime seriously. You and I can't possibly know what that's done to their hearts and minds and reactions really. It's hardened them for certain...with memories of battle that they will never ever forget. So don't you forget to write him a peaceful cheerful letter everyday my sweet darling. It means more to him then you will ever be able to seriously comprehend. Peace babe!!!

You need to seriously look at the statement "cant live without him." That's a bit much. Im sure you love him, but you CAN live without him. The choice is yours. You can wait for him, or you can leave him. But you can definitely live without him. Be strong.

Sounds like you have a large dilemma. You could pull a Romeo and Juliet, but that might be a little extreme.

i'm afraid all u can do is wait until he goes on leave. i can only imagine how hard it is for u, and i greatly admire all of the military girlfriends and wifes for their strength in this area. til then, just look forward to his letters and calls, and make the most of them.
