write down what you need to complete that day. then figure about how much time you will need to complete each task. schedule your day pretty strictly so that you get everything done. Once the time to go to the next task comes and you aren't quite finished with the first one, still go on to the next task. Leave a little extra time for unexpected things to happen during the course of your day.

Put together a "to do" list and then cross out items as you get them done. It will give you a sense of accomplishment and make you feel like getting more done.

Leave aside some time each day to do whatever you want. That way you won't feel like you don't have any free time or time for yourself.
