My favorite flavor ice cream is Vanilla. I usually use this to make other flavors with fresh ingredients myself. The only other flavor I've loved almost as much as Vanilla is Stratiatella. It is close to cookies and cream, but different kinds of cookies are used. And there are pieces of pure and rich chocolate in it. I have only been able to find this flavor in Italy and The Netherlands. I'm sure you can make it with your favorite cookies though
