He's very cute.. But cute wears thin if you don't know how to raise a dog, housetraining, obedience training.. You need to have time for a dog, space for a dog to go outside, fenced yard, and you need money for at least preventative vet care.. Good quality dog food, and everything else that comes with an adorable puppy.
Lots of cute puppies at the shelter, because people forgot about all those other things that come along with having an adorable puppy.. Cute only lasts so long.. Peeing in the house and bad behaviour could last a lifetime.

Yes he is sheltie. Very nice looking sheltie.
You want to keep in mind when you buy a sheltie they need daily brushing. If they don't get daily brushing they get all mated and then you may get a bald sheltie because you will have to cut all the knots out. Also sometimes they can be hipper dogs make sure you train him.
In the end you will find in him a lifetime loyal friend he is happiest with his owner.
Good luck. And I agree with the first answers. Buy him quickly if you want him because he will go fast.

The thing about shelties is that they are herding dogs, so you will have to give him or her a great deal of exercise daily or it will become bored and cause destruction in your home. My brother owns 2 and they actually take them to a friends farm to let them herd the animals there as practice.

My partner has had Shelties for years, he loves them, and they are lovely dogs. They have fantastic temprements. It looks very much like a sheltie to me, although the colouring is very light, lighter that I have seen. But I am not a breeder.
Good luck!

Did you hear any of that? Every single answer given to you told you about how adorable the dog is. Not a single person mentioned anything about the responsibilities that come with it though. Amazing. Please, re-evaluate your reasons for getting a dog, any dog and then decide upon a breed. The "cuteness" you are seeing now will be gone in a couple of months and then you will be left with "REALITY".

The puppy looks cute, yes. But the pen he's in looks rather nasty. And if you check the other listings for this "breeder", you'll see that she has puppies listed from four different litters, including a FOUR WEEK OLD mastiff puppy. This just screams puppymill, and I wouldn't buy a dog from this person no matter how "cute" it was.

Well, the pen looks a little nasty, but the puppy is adorable. And he defenitely looks like a sheltie. When your looking at a puppy, you have to take into consideration baby fat. Dogs have it, too. They may not look as "delicate" when they're puppies, but they'll grow into it. I say go for it.
