1. Go to the store (Wal-Mart, etc.) and buy the labels. I recommend Avery 5160 White Mailing Labels. (1" x 2 5/8"). 3000 Labels in the box, 30 on a page, 100 pages of labels in a box.
2. Insert them into the tray on your printer with the labels facing downward.
3. Open Microsoft Word. Click Tools, Letters & Mailing, Envelopes & Labels.
4. Select the labels tab at the top and type what you want on the label(s) into the box. Right click it to center it, right align, or to change the font, etc.
5. Make sure the label in the right corner says Avery 5160, if not, click on it and will allow you to select what label you have.
6. Once you are happy with what you have, select either full page of the same label or a single label and select which label you want it to be printed on, Column 1, Row 1, etc.
7. Press Print and voila, your labels are ready.
Hope this helps!

If you mean, mailing labels, we do it through a Mail Merge out of Outlook into Word using an Avery mailing template. First, in Outlook, get into Contacts, and in View, get into Arrange, and define a View which includes the contacts to be included in the labels. Then use Tools and Actions to select Mail Merge (and don't forget to select Mailing Labels instead of the default Form Letters...). Then it'll let you set up the form, we select Avery 5160. Then you pop into Word and arrange one label and Insert Form Fields for, say, Full Name and Mailing Address, then Propagate Labels, then Merge to a New Document, then there you go.

go to your word program if you have microsoft and click on tools. look for the letters and mailings option and click that. look for the envelopes and labels option and click that. go to options and make sure you choose the type of label stickers you will be using to print them on so that the sizing will be correct on the document (it should tell you on the package). once you've dont that then click on new document to do a whole sheet, or you can do a single label, then print. good luck!

They have packs at any store like walmart or meijer that have the paper you need and step by step instructions on how to do it in your printer. Or you can get them done at a staples or office depot type store.

you need to go out and buy a label printer, and software. I suggest the P-Touch Editor! VERY easy to use!
