My girl friend & I share a very close physical & emotional relationship. Though we have never had sex, we got close physically quite a few time. I noticed that whenever I suck her nipples, it tastes salty- not sweat but as if some salty fluid is coming out constantly. Could any one say what it is & is there any risk of breast cancer from it?

If you stimulate her nipples long enough, her body may get a "feeding" response by releasing fluids from them. When you suck on her nipples, the brain sends a signal to release oxytocin, because it thinks a baby latched to feed on them. In some women, the response is releasing a colorless liquid (remember there are ducts there that form milk). This is what happened in old times, when "breast mothers" were used to feed rich women's babies.
Now, if the leakage continues through the day, and she notices wet spots on her bra or spontaneous leakage, she'd better go to the doctor, it's a sign something is not right there.

Nope, it's normal. It's cholesterol, the stuff a woman's breast produces before she's ready to produces milk. Since you are stimulating the breast ducts, that is what the breast is producing. As long as it doesn't hurt her, and there is no yellow or green discharge, and the breast is not "hot" like a fever, then she doesn't have Mastitis, an infection in the breast. have fun!

Why would you keep sucking on them when there is a discharge?
Shen needs to see a doctors because that is not normal

anytime fluids come from the breast and the woman is not pregnant, she needs to see a doctor.
