haha...finally somebody with the same thought as me...my mom says i must have a snake in my stomach because since i was a little girl i usually felt hungry...even if i just ate. I will eat a huge meal one hour and the next i feel like im starving...(i would hate to think what i would be like pregnant...lol...). But you should eat more foods higher in protein and fiber...they having a more filling affect...such as peanut butter, nuts, meats(like beef, ribs...mmmm, etc.)...or carry little snacks around with you such as trail mix...that helps...

There are things out that try to tame your hunger, like dexatrim max. Try to keep lots of low calorie snacks, especially crunchy ones, like carrot and celery sticks and other raw vegetables. They take you a while to chew so it fools your brain into thinking your eating and will help control the insatiability. Add lots of protien to your diet and foods that contain a lot of fiber, both will help to make you feel full. You may just be lucky enough to have a rapid metabolism, all of us should be so lucky.

It depends on what's causing the insatiable hunger. If it's you or someone you know, they should get to their doctor and find out. It could be something serious that needs medical treatment like insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, or Prader-Willi Syndrome.

To eat but if it's late go with something light like a bag of popcorn or a bowl or two of cereal. It will keep the bad dreams away.
