Oppressed could be when the Koran, Allah or Muhammad is disrespected.
Or when another country is occupying a dominant Islamic country.
Or when Muslims convert to faith in Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God.
There are two types of Jihad. With the sword or in personal moral struggles.
This would include All types of Jihad, like car bombs (London) or suicide bombers (London). Or having weapons stored in their Mosques. Or Jihad against a different Islamic denomination for not being right in their own understanding.

If you consider anything could that could be called oppression, and both definitions of Jihad, probably 90% support some action against some of those things. They may not call it a Jihad, how many people in western countries protest things, and how many call it a Crusade?

Islam is not compressed in Jihad .Jihad is only an agressive movement against their enemies that are giving damages to them or onother muslim . Jihad isnt killing innocent people by bombing or ... . Islamis the religion of peace and justice. Muslims do Jihad when somebody or a goverment insults or desrespect their holy things.Or when someone attacked their family or freind or onother muslim or an Islamic country.
Islam is the Truth. By the way those terroristical attackes in London were not JIHAD those people who did this movement arent muslims maybe they name their self muslim but they arent in fact.because Islam doesnt allow that innocent people be killed Read about it by an Shia Author. PLZ

Don't confuse Jihad with Hirabah (hee-RAH-bah) which means illegal war/war against society and irhab (eer-HAB) which means terrorism. Jihad is a personnel struggle to get closer to God. It has nothing to do with weapons and other people. By definition every religious person would be in favor of Jihad but not in favor of Hirabah and irhab.

Jihad is one of the pillars of their faith. Their definition of "peace" is submission to allah. Hence they (in their mind) can violently give you peace by the sword.
This is not to say that all muslims are fighting against us or even would choose to do so.
