They will not ascend to heaven during the Rapture, they will be left on Earth. However, they will have a chance to be saved and be guaranteed a place in Heaven before Jesus comes to vanquish the Antichrist and His followers. Thanks for the question and have a great day.

Why do you assume that not everyone will be saved?
“Jesus is the Savior of all mankind, especially of those who believe.” (1 Tim. 4:10) This is all you really need to know about salvation – All are saved, there are none who are not saved.
This quote really should be plain, but seems to have gotten lost in what many understand or believe. No wonder so many who follow the literal translation of the Bible without feeling God within their heart and feeling God’s truth do not understand that ALL are saved, there are none who are not saved.
It always amazes me how others interpret the Bible and how they assume that anyone who doesn’t believe as they do will not be ready for the tribulation, rapture or what is to come. It especially amazes me how so many love the idea of others being left behind. The above verse isn’t the only verse that has to deal with salvation but it is the most forgotten about. Most of the teachings have not been correct and some mistranslations have twisted some of the words so that they are more exclusive rather than inclusive of all. I am just surprised by the lack of faith people have in God, that God would not be able to save all of His own creation. That is just silly!

You are either saved and brought to heaven, or, you are condemned to hell...Remember, the choice is "yours" and the time to make that choice is "NOW"...Not tomorrow, because none of us know if we will be here tomorrow, we could die this day, nobody knows, and then it will be too late to make that decision.
When we stand before God, and everyone will, He's not going to ask if you've reconsidered, you will have already made your decision before you stand before Him. And that decision is totally yours to make, before you die. Remember, we're not talking about a little while, we are talking eternity, our spirits never die. So where do you want to spend your eternity, in paradise or in torment?...Choose wisely!

Those people who aren't saved by the grace of god, are those who make bargains with and worship the devil.

We receive the gift of salvation by grace through faith:
"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God," (Ephesians 2:8 NKJV)
“...Brothers, what shall we do?” Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” (Acts 2:38, 39 NIV)
And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” (Acts 16:30, 31 NKJV)
That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. " (Romans 10:9,10 NIV)
There is nothing you can do to earn salvation. It is a free gift. Put simply, salvation is God's complete pardon in exchange for your unconditional surrender. When we come to the realization that we need salvation, we are told to believe or have faith. True faith in Christ will produce a change of heart. When we say, "Jesus is Lord," we are telling God, I completely surrender my life. Whatever you want me to do, I will do it. Keep in mind, you are only obligated to obey what is in the Bible, not what religious leaders tell you to do. You are never to completely surrender your will to any man or religion on this earth. Although everyone should be connected to the church, your faith ultimately lies between you and God alone.
You can receive the gift of eternal life right now, no matter where you are or what you have done. If you will surrender your heart, with a simple prayer of sincere faith you will be saved. You can pray this prayer or one that comes from your own heart.
A sample prayer of salvation:
"Jesus, I recognize that I am a sinner in need of salvation. I believe that you died on the cross and rose again. I believe you have forgiven my sins. I now confess that, Jesus is Lord of my life. Thank you for saving me. I receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."
If you prayed this prayer in faith, you are born again. Some people have an emotional experience, others don't feel a thing. Either way, faith doesn't go by feeling. As long as you believe, you are saved.
If you have received Jesus, the scriptures tell us that we should be baptized and find like minded believers to fellowship or hang out with.

They will lift their eye into a burning HELL. But all they have to do is repent of their sins by asking for God's forgiveness and mean it sincerely and believe and have faith in Him. And they to can have everlasting life.
