It will hurt the components in the tower like hard drive and motherboard. And possibly your monitor depending on the kind you have.

I am a doctor of natural medicine and believe me when I tell you these magnetic bracelets will not help your condition. I have seen so many fads like this come and go. The only real help you can have for carpal tunnel is to wear wrist supports and use ice packs for the pain.
I recommend you see a doctor who specializes in orthopedic medicine and see if more can be done for your carpal tunnel syndrome.

FACT: most magnetic bracelets DO NOT do anything! The way you can tell is by trying to pin a piece of paper on the refrigerator (assuming yours is metal) with the bracelet...if it doesn't stay then the bracelet is GUARANTEED to not work. If the magnet cannot penetrate a thin sheet of paper then it cannot penetrate the skin which is thicker than the paper. The only means by which it can work is in your head through the placebo effect.

Wearing magnetic bracelets will not harm you, but it won't help your carpel tunnel, either. It does, however, help the manufacturers of the bracelets.
In other words: don't bother.

Could cause some harm to the monitor depending on what kind you have. It is caused by lack of B vitamins so if you just take a B complex, your symptoms should go away. Doctors have marveled at it for years now when they had surgeries planned for it and then no symptoms when the time came for the surgery.

nope not at all... i dont have Carpel Tunnle but both my wrists started to hurt last year... been wearing magnetic braclets since and my comp is still kickin :)

Well considering that magic, sorry I mean magnetic braclets wont do anything for you, it also wont do anything for your computer either.
