they will have to be pulled. best to do it before they get to big as the bigger they are the more painful it will be. you will be sent to an oral surgeon who will knock you out and take them out. when you come to you are drugged up and stay that way for about 4 - 5 days.
not much pain

Rarely do you HAVE to do anything! Even when a partially erupted wisdom tooth gives a patient a recurring infection every month or two, you still don't HAVE to remove the tooth. You can give them antibiotics when they get an infection for the rest of their life if that is their wish. It is just not in the patient's best interest to do that. The long term effects of repeatedly using antibiotics pose a far greater threat to the health and welfare of a patient then does the removal of the average wisdom tooth. Dentists try to do and recommend to do what is in their patient's best interests. Not because it is fun. But it is your right to do whatever you see fit to do with your body. There is never a HAVE to do.

If you are in alot of pain I would say yes, your teeth can actually make you sick. I had my molors removed when I was about 17 or 18. The dentist put me to sleep so I did not feel anything, was a little sore afterwards but it was totally worth it.

Yes. That is what the dentists say. They have already pulled out three of mine and I never had any problem with them before. I think when they do not have any patients they do such ways of making money.
It would not pain when extracted but later it will swell and for two three days you will have pain and bleeding will occur. Even sleeping will be difficult.

Well, mine came in sideways and then straightened up just in time to replace a couple that had to come out, but I think in general, they will grow into your other teeth, so they need to be taken out.

I'd say so. If nothing else, go in and have them checked by a dentist... If it gets bad you could get an infection and it will be more painful.

Either pulled, or braces. Usually pulling is a last resort, though.
