Symantec Antivirus is good. AVG provides a free virus scanner and removal tool.

AVG
norton and mcafee are pretty much the same thing, just different interface, but they work very closely in discovering and fixing viruses.
but they are both resource hogs, avg is nice and small, works great, easy to use

Try Norton AV or AVG....they sorted the bad trojans
