Was originally introduced on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. Ed McMahon always introduced him like that....."Heeerrrreeee's Johnny."
In the movie, the shining, based on the book by Stephen king, Jack Nicholson becomes psychotic and chops through the door. He sticks his head in and says, "Heeeerrrreee's Johnny."

Not the Johnny Carson Show. That show never existed. It was the Tonight Show hosted by Johnny Carson. That was how he was introduced every night as he came out the curtain.
