Reboiling will make it even safer to drink but you will lose some to evaporation.

yes but you will need to add more water as you will lose some of it do to evaporation when you go to bring it to a boil again.

yeah you can boil it as much as you want. just be careful for evaporation. the more you boil the more you need to put more in
