To Mr. A, if you want to challenge what we believe, then you will be subject to our process of logic and reason, if you haven't heard or don't understand where an Atheist is coming from, then we will suggest you read some books about it.
We already know where Religious people are coming from, they believe in something that has no proof, because they say "God" is beyond our comprehension, his power is infinite, so he either doesn't need proof, or he can't be proven.
We as people of reasoning and logic, believe things must have facts behind them before we even start to consider them, if you can't produce any facts, get out of our domain, all these religious books do, such as the ones opposing Richard Dawkins' books, is try to claim that Atheists have no morals, we only care about hating religion, or they try to say Atheism requires faith, or its becoming a religion, or some other crap with absolutely no proof behind it.
If a religious book actually tried using any proof at all then I might consider reading it, otherwise I find the Defendants of God guilty of false advertising and fraud.
PS: You can't use a lack of proof as proof, and thats why only religious people read religious books other than the bible.

I actually have not read it yet, though I have perused the website. I find it as plausible as any religion. Much, much funnier, of course. I really like the link between pirates and global warming... RAmen!

That's the problem with most organized religions...the sheep mentality. Heck there's even a quote "The Lord is my sheppard". Most of them lack the ability to think for themselves or to make their own life decisions, so if one person says it's wrong, they all follow suit. Just like being gay. The church says "God condemns it in the bible". Funny but God didn't write the bible, men did. I don't worhsip God, but I believe that He exists. He preached to love one another and to accept each other how we are. Sad that I know their religion better than most of them.
