I found out several months ago but he just moved... yesterday. My 9 year old sister (his twin) is like hyperventilating, right now... it's just me, and her at home, and shes going to make herself sick soon... what the hell do I do?!

What a trauma for her. I am so sorry. I guess it all depends on the circumstances of the move. Definitely call your parents, get them to talk to her.
To distract her: Give her a cup of chamomile tea and some of her favorite music. Call one of her friends. Make plans to take her swimming or doing something she likes to do. Reserve airline tickets for her to go visit him. Read to her from a fairytale book. Lovingly do her hair. Take her for a mani/pedi. Go for a walk with the dog. Borrow a friend's dog to walk.
Give her a kiss and tell her she will be alright. This is temporary and they will all come out of this stronger and wiser. Pray for strength and comfort during this difficult time.

She probably feels like she lost a part of herself. Show more affection and let her know you are there to help her, when she feels lonely. Let her call her brother so she can reassure herself that he is alright. He might be feeling the same way.

well calm her down!! And get her over the toilet if she is going to puke.well tell her it is OK he will be back later. rite me back why is he moving for a year????
