Child molesters are monsters! But I'm tired of all of the illegals and it's beyond ridiculous.

He has had seven years to do something about this, but has been too busy telling us lies about Iraq and covering up illegal activity at home.

I have not seen any statistical data showing that there are greater percentages of child molestors among illegal aliens compared to legal citizens. Given that, I'd say we are looking at two different categories (until proven otherwise).
We are tired of child molestors, and we are doing something about it. More and more people are being caught and arrested for sexual assault of minors, indecent exposure to minors, taking sexually explicit photographs and videos of minors, distributing these photos and videos, and attempting to meet up with minors for sexual purposes. We are catching more and more of them, but I do not know how well we are treating them. As far as I know most of these offenses do not result in life in prison. Therefore, we should also focus on improving the rehabilitation process for these convicted pedophiles. The sex offender registry is too vague and not as effective as it should be. It often targets the wrong people and only highlights those who have already been convicted.
As far as illegal immigration goes, yes, we are also tired of it. Unregulated immigration allows for all types of dangerous criminals to enter the country undetected. Not only that, but it also allows for people with dangerous diseases to enter the country. If we do not know who is in the country, we are not able to protect ourselves from these problems and various others.
Because of this problem going on for so long without necessary corrections made, we currently enforce our laws and punishments more effectively with legal residents and citizens, leaving the illegal aliens to slip between the cracks and get away with so much more.
The sad truth is that we do realize and acknowledge that things have been this way for too long. We have put many major efforts into correcting the problems with illegal immigration. We write our senators and congressmen. We vote accordingly. We even complain to the local authorities. Nothing is being done aside from the occasional raid at a business that employs illegal aliens. These raids, of course, are not intended to crack down on illegal immigration. They are simply done for the photoshoot and brief news report in attempt to pacify the concerned citizens.
The local authorities pass the responsibility onto the state, and the state passes it on to the federal government, and the federal government does nothing other than use the issue for political gain. Since we have a government who refuses to take necessary action to correct the problem, wouldn't it be nice if we were able to pass laws allowing the average citizen to play an active role in fighting illegal immigration? Shouldn't we have a citizen run organization that collects, detains, and deports illegal aliens? I think that more immigrants would make sure to have legal paperwork if they new that any citizen at any time could pick them up and turn them in for residing within the country illegally. Not only that, but it would also relieve the government of part of the burden of illegal immigration, therefore enabling them to focus greater effort on securing the border.

Idiocracy at its best. Most and many child molesters are relatives or friends of their victims, so u do the math! Illegal or legal child molesters r the scum of the earth and need to b dealt w/ accordingly!

child molesters come in all shapes, colors, race, sex and size. any one who hurts a child needs to be tortured first, then have their brains blown out.

I don't understand what the immigrant from Thailand wasn't evicted after his sex offense. Why was he allowed to stay here? What I really don't get with the Zina case is why the detectives didn't immediately look at the Asian sex offenders when the dad said and Asian guy took her... and the guy only lived 5 miles away. ???

Agree, If our laws were enforced theses things would not be happening. The U.S. has enough problems without illegals.

Most people wont do anything until it affects them, so sad that innocent children have to suffer at the hands of people that dont even belong here and we have good laws on the books and our government wont enforce them. We have to get people to call our reps in Washington and make them enforce our laws.
