How do I lose fats from my bottom and have a tighter butt? haha. Thats about it.

Hi, unfortunately you cannot spot reduce and the areas you mentioned are areas that the majority of women complain about. However, with a good diet and regular exercise, you can certainly tone your entire body and burn fat in your entire body. Something I learned recently is that the long cardios aren't all that beneficial and if anything make your body store MORE fat. Shorter, high intensity work outs are supposedly better fat burners and heart conditioners. Pilates and Yoga (flow, power, astanga) are all great for toning your entire body but particularly the areas you mentioned. Add some weight training and stay away from grains, dairy, sugar, and processed foods and you should see good results.

Eat less, move more. Tae bo video workout is good and also Buns of Steel if you can find it.
