don't be scared they are fighting each other and are probably not bothered about involving anyone else.

you should make a complaint about them to your local police or even your council. it's not fair that you have to put up with the noise and it's not nice for your children to hear.

Have you and the neighbors tried filing a formal complaint AT the police station? I think if you as a community approached the situation as a collective whole then the police will have no choice but to find out what is going on. I am from the US so I am not sure how different your laws are. If they say that they still can't do anything, they at least should be able to tell you an alternate path. You and your children need stay away from them. No one should approach them. Unless someone left an anonymous note on their door. But by how scared you say you are I'm not sure that would be wise either. Talk to the police. Good Luck

Call the local council. They will come out and listen to the level of noise. They can then decide on the basis of police reports and complaints to the council if an asbo needs to be issued.
After that, eviction may follow.
Council and police. Build up a case against them and don't speak to your neighbours. They could be dangerous and lash out at you.

I am sure you are very upset but just from this question it is clear that you did not approach this in a calm manner. If they live there and it is true (ask your uncle) that their dog has been loved by the neighborhood. Then you need to just let it go. Block the hole and smile politely. Yes their dog should be in their yard or leashed but a confrontation is going to help nothing. It may cause issues for your uncle who has to continue to live next door to his neighbors. If he has no dogs and no issues with the little dog visiting then you need to be a good visitor and let the neighborhood stand as it was before you got there.

One thing you can do keep a record of the times that this goes on, and have the other neighbours do this too, so that at least you can show that you are not the only person who is forced to listen to this. Then you and your neighbours can show these logbooks to the police, and possibly to a solicitor, if you decide to take it that far.

they are fighting in their OWN home so there's not much you can do about it...try to ignore it if you can, i know it's unpeasant to hear this every day but you can't do anything unless they start on you...you don't have to speak to them, if you do then they could drag you into their fights...just stay away from them and let them beat the crap out of each other, the police won't do anything, they never do, they cannot interfere with domestics unless one of them gets violent, and then 9 times out of 10 one partner or the other drops the charges so it's a waste of time...just steer clear and go about your own daily business...

Dont get involved with them. I think they have a problem with themselves and not with you. If it carrys on call the police again. I do not believe you and your kids are in any danger. when it gets to heavy let your kids listen to some nice music on their headphones.I hope things inprove for you.

this past weekend, that is what was going on across the road. It eventually escalated to the freak coming out with a knife running away, seven cop cars chasing him and me stuck in the middle intervening and now a witness. Sometimes you need to step in, for the sake of your children..Call the cops.

Call the police EVERY SINGLE DARN TIME those whackos start their show. Every time, without fail. The cops WILL put an end to it, you'll see...even if it's only out of irritation to stop being called out for those losers all the time.

If you rent your house report them to the council, get your neighbours to do the same and hopefully they will be evicted giving you some peace, also keep on reporting them to the police
