To briankeithbell--- The Avery 5366 is label paper and I am trying to print a list of companies in each label so I can stick it in each individual folder per sticker. The list now is in Excel and I am trying to paste it in 5366 so I can print it and use the sticker labels.

I already have the 5366 form in Word. My issue is how to transfer the 500+ lines in each label. I don't want to manually type or cut and paste it one by one that is why I want to transfer it.

Maybe I don't understand ... why aren't you printing right from Excel?

Sorry for the delayed response and thanks for the clarification.

I know there is a mail merge in Word that enables you to pull information from excel or access and place it into word. Once its in word you can print your labels.

I have never done this but I know someone who has. I'm trying to get a hold of him so I can give you more info

Good luck

UPDATE : Got your answer ... I hope

In Word ...

Tool -----> Mail This brings up another box
Create -----> Labels
Get Data -----> Open data source
Navigate to you data source
From here just follow the instructions.... Good luck !

You could probably do this in Excel, by adjusting the cells to match the sizing of the labels.

To move the information to Word, first set up the labels using the Label tool. (Tools - Labels and Mailings, Labels tab, select your 5366 and then set up a "Blank Page of Labels"

Now, copy all the information from Excel and into Word by using
Edit - Paste Special - TEXT
and then insert breaks to allow the information to break into the labels correctly.

If you are just trying to make a sheet of labels, in word, go to tools, "envelope and label maker," click the label tab and pick Avery 5366 where appropriate. You can make a whole sheet or just one. Excel has similar tools but it is more complicated.
