It's really not a good meal, right?

Cereal bars & yogurt, that's what my wife eats. She works in a hospital AND we have a 5 month old girl... talk about no time! lol

Do you have a small fridge in the dorm? Get some canned protein drinks, breakfast drinks, etc., grab one to drink while getting ready for school and then on the way out the door grab an apple or better yet a banana for tons of protein and potassium.

A whole-grain cereal with little or no sugar--either as an ingredient or on top. Skim milk and a piece of fresh fruit or glass of juice. Hot oatmeal is one of the most filling things you can have, and provides quality energy.

Yogurt, banana or strawberries, blueberries, oranges, granola bar or oatmeal. Be sure to have your serving of milk product in the form of yogurt (togo maybe) or with your oatmeal. Add raisins, craisins, dates, dried fruit to your oatmeal to make it more interesting. Good luck, I'm very proud of you reaching for the *stars*, you'll make it!!

That's all carbs...you need some protein to start your day. Oatmeal is good, but have a banana and some yogurt too.

I would buy cereal, fruit, yogurt and granola bars. They are all quick and you can grab them on your way out for a quick and easy breakfast.
