Do you remember a kids TV programme, where three kids come home from school, and go down to the beach and see some sort of sand-monster (stay with me, I've not gone mad).
The sand-monster then grants them wishes. Now, I thought it was called IT, but having searched on Google and Wikipedia, I can't find any mention!
Can you help? It's driving us wild! THANKS!

I was a kid in the 60's/70's my favourite TV shows included : Crackerjack Banana Splits Blue Peter Dr Who (Jon Pertwee & Tom Baker) It's a Knockout - not strictly kids TV but brill. White Horses The Flashing Blade Journey to the Bottom of the Sea Time Tunnel Herge's Adventures of Tintin Jackanory Play Away Mary, Mungo & Midge Hectors House The Wombles Thunderbirds Captain Scarlet Stingray Fireball XL5 Lost in Space There are probably lots more I've forgotten.

The sequel was The Phoenix and the Carpet, which was shown as a Sunday 'Teatime Drama' on BBC1 a few years later.

I think it is 5 Childrend and It which was based on the book of the same name by E. Nesbit. One of the children was a baby.

after reading the posters, i thought it was sigmund and the sea monsters but that show had 2 kids and it was funny...
