I recently got a job and when i went there i got talking to my superviser and we both kept eye contact but now and again he would look at my lips. WHY??? does he like me?

He's picturing what you can do to him with those lips.
Actually, why is this a problem? Women usually complain that guys only look at your breasts, so consider yourself lucky (unless you don't have much there, then no big deal).

When you talk to someone, do you stare at them in the eyes the whole time like a moron? Maybe he was just looking at them to get away from your stare. Desmond Morris wrote a book called the Naked Ape and said a woman's pouty full lips are an evolutionary ploy to arouse the man into wanting sex cause they resemble her major labia and that we like full breasts because they resemble her butt. That's a nasty habit. I've known people who do that when you talk to them. Some have even moved their lips a bit like they are forming the words you are actually saying! It's annoying.
There is the other off chance that he is thinking "my, uv got a purty mouf", but I'd go the bad habit route to be safe.

I always look at peoples lips when they talk, because I am reading their lips. It doesn't matter if they are in person, or on TV. I don't feel like I can focus on what they are saying, if I can't read their lips, even though my hearing is fine.
Then when I talk to them in reply, I make eye contact.
Why don't you just ask him why he's looking at your lips?

ask him why does h stare at your lips. if he stumbles nad mumbles then you caught him off guard or he just might say you have the most interesting lips he has ever seen. Ask the man and hear what he has to say and do be prepared for his answer. How will you react?

Are you sure he wasn't glancing a little lower then your lips?
It's possible that he was looking at your lips, one of the best features of my wife is her smile.
Keep in mind though even if he was checking you out, that doesn't mean he intends to take it anywhere.

a) he thinks you have nice lips
b) you have too much lipstick on, or spinach stuck in your teeth
c) he is uncomfortable maintaining eye contact with you
d) he could be heard of hearing and so finds it useful to read your lips

he probably does it depends if he is like all in ur lips then yeah he probably likes u but if its a glance once or twice then i dont think u should be worried about it.......

Well......it sounds like either he likes your lips or he doesn't....cause people stare when they don't like things as well!
It just depends on what he likes!

body language experts say that when a person looks at your mouth when talking it shows they're listening.
if you look at someones forehead when they talk it will make them feel uncomfortable. try it and see what happens.
