Religion is man made, it is an attempt by men to manipulate the population..

From the the general population, there be will those who attempt to impose their will on the rest of the population through force, however, force alone can not subdue the masses, therefore. intellectuals are needed to accomplish what force can not. But the intellectuals use lies to subdue the masses.

When the general population acts on or reveals those lies, the society as a whole will fall, thereby starting this process again. Another will apply force, intellectuals and so on and so forth.

To overcome this process, the general population must be told the truth, but because the lie has taken root and believed by many, they will defend the lie.

To stop this process, all concerned, must be born again.
The current generation must not be allowed to influence the next. (Schools and Religions)

"Religion" in Latin means regrouping. It means grouping of people of a particular faith or path in search of highest truth or God. It relates to "numbers" - Number of people. Interestingly there is no word in Sanskrit or other Indian languages equivalent to to the word " Religion". Since the the Hindus believe that the search for truth is of spiritual nature between the Creator and the Created. The conflict arises only when grouping of numbers in the form of majority and minority of followers. The "Rig Veda" the holy scripture of Hindus states "Let noble thoughts come from every side".

Religion is different from Belief.

A person's beliefs are the things they personally think (or hope) are real. A religion is an established method of practicing those beliefs. See the difference?

EXAMPLE: Catholics believe in dragons. If they didn't, then St. George (the dragonslayer) wouldn't be a real saint, and the whole thing falls apart. If you're Catholic, you have saints. So Catholics "believe" in dragons, but they don't have ceremonies to honor dragons. Their "religion" shows them how to honor the saints. How to practice their beliefs.

Hope I've helped.

Religion is Humans Trying to Make sence of life and is mostly for those whom are scared of death and feel the need to be told a story in which to comfort them of the inevitable.
There is nothing Divine about it is exactly parellel to Santa Claus If your good you get a present if your bad you dont get a present you get some Coal in the end we GROW UP and REALISE That it was just our parents NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS.

This is a 'standard' question here in this forum...and it has been answered in many ways by all kinds of people. Also, review previously-answered questions having to do with the difference between spirituality and religion...I think this may help you to better understand the distinctions.

Religion is some one's personal belifes that only they have.

Dogma is the set of formalized belifes that is shared by a group of people.

Personally i think people had plenty of good religions.... Then some one came along and realized they could use that to there advantage and started the dogma.....

I personally think everyone should have religion and dogma's should be exstreamly discuraged.
