Under the circumstances, I would not even think about giving you advice and I have years of experience.
I think your best bet would be to discuss this with your physical therapist and your doctor.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

speak to your doctor and the trainers at the gym or even your physio at the hospital. listen to what they have to say and really take it on board. i had a back injury a couple of years ago and all these people were really great about helping me. my instructor did me a great program that eased me back into things without putting to much strain on my back.

good luck

your situation is too unique for me to feel comfortable giving your a recommended routine. talk to your doctor about your training interests.
