I know that there are many of you who are well versed in dream interpretation at some point... so I'm asking your wise opinion on these dreams:

1) To kneel before the feet of Lord Krsna in his throne. Crying before him while in that kneeling position, looking only at his feet and listening to his sweet voice expounding the Dharma.

2) Becoming a Sadhu, alone in the forest... facing the four seasons and finding a great bull in the midst of the journey.

3) Opening a stupa to find Lord Buddha's relics and other Arahantas' relics manifesting before your eyes...

Aum, thanks... I call them 'dreams' because it occured in my sleep. It is just the limited human language that we have and I am not able to express beyond that. Yes, it was a vision, a vivid one too.

I can still remember the smell of Lord Krsna's fragrant abode... I can still remember feeling the four seasons at one time and I can still remember feeling of witnessing the manifestations of the holy relics :-)

Thanks to everyone... I'm looking forward to more meaning to them as Ambika had explained. There are certain things that happened to me in real life after those dreams (though I think it is not related to this subject), and I know it has a deeper meaning...

2) Lord Shiva meditates alone in the forest and Nandi (great bull) is His friend/vehicle. I would say this dream represents your desire to worship Lord Shiva.

Wow what a blessing!!!
You certainly had vision of Lord Sri Krishna. I think He is calling you! The Feet in Hinduism are considered very very auspicious, holy. The Feet are even more important than God's Form. Crying for God is bhakti, devotion.

Bull are associated with Lord Shiva, Cows with Lord Krishna.

It is said in the Bhagavad Gita that Krishna showed His Universal Forms to Arjuna, which contains ALL forms of God, cause Krishna is the Supreme Godhead.

In Hinduism, Buddha is an avatar of Lord Vishnu (Krishna). But for Buddhist, I dont have any idea....

I won't be surprised that you felt an urge to run toward Lord Sri Krishna!!!! He is so attractive!

It is by Krishna's Grace that He appeared before you in your dream. When a diety or guru appears before us in our dreams, it is a great blessing! I've had so many of these types of dreams/visions. This is part of our spiritual journey.

Crying to Krishna is the most powerful way of attracting Him. 5 minutes of crying equals to one hour of meditation. That is why the bhakti path is the easiest way to attain liberation. Do you feel the urge to cry to Krishna in real life? Have you ever done this? If not, then I encourage you to start doing that. If you can't cry, then pray to Him and ask Him to bless you to be able to cry for Him. Every tear that we shed for God, brings us one step closer to Him and stays with us life after life, never wasted.

I agree with Ambika that it is very auspicious to dream of the Holy Feet. Sorry I don't have any further insights.

"i keep having this dream about them standing up(i have 3 and they are all sitting down) and chasing me" This suggests to me an issue that you have not yet resolved. You are metaphorically running or avoiding an issue that plagues you in real life. This is in response brought out in your dream. Find a resolution to the issue and I guarantee you will feel better. As for the themes this may be best explained if you have asian friends or people closely connected to you that are from various backgrounds or lifestyles. Perhaps you've had a conflict with the crazy Korean kid in you class and you feel guilt about this or perhaps you've found yourself judging others of different backgrounds and felt guilt about this I think it best for you to not dread sleep. Drink some warm milk and eat a cookie (1) before tucking in. Pleasant dreams. You'll feel better in the morning.

My elders have once told me, Dreams are subconscious communicating with the conscious mind during sleep, or a means of foretelling what might happen. At the sametime they told me do things, instead of spending too much time analysing dreams and not working on it.

Seems to me, that all the three dreams are positive dreams. Be thankful for it, work on your day and achieve your goal. Be Blessed.

My personal interpretation with no related source....lol.
1) You should pray to Lord Krishna for his blessing.
2) You will be facing challenges and obstacles.
3) You will value and appreciate the religious things (prayers, relics, history, etc) around you.
------------------
I have dreamed of the Goddess of Mercy (Kuan Yin) a couple of times. The first time in my dream, she was in full colour, very beautiful indeed and she was talking to me in the midst of a very gigantic and rowdy crowd. Sadly, I could not understand Mandarin.......jeeeeez....so sad I was.....
The second time around, she appeared before me but only smiled. People told me to worship or at least pray to her.
--------------------
Another dream was of Lord Muniswarar (Ayah) with Ganesan and Goddess Kaliyammah who somehow ''saved'' me in my dream.
My grandmother was beckoning me to go with her into the dark chilly tunnel at the end of the Penang Hill cable car station. I was like to go or not to go. I told her I wanted to go home instead. Then I looked around and saw a Hindu temple with the deities I mentioned above.
I prayed to them all and I waited for the next bus to go downhill. Yes, there was a bus.....in my dream. I waved goodbye to my grandma who was still insistent that I followed her.....Then, I woke up.

At 9am that day, one of my relatives (not TheBear lol) phoned me to say that my grandma died the night before at around 11.30pm......that was scary.....

I just went to the Hindu temples and gave my prayers.
-------peace--------
