You don't have to be "low down" to meet up with the devil. The devil goes unto the kings of the world and deceives them.

The devil has hounded me all the days of my life. Though recently JESUS has brought me unto the land of the LIVING.

As a child the devil tormented and used other people to abuse me. As a teenager the devil tempted and tried to destroy me. As an adult the devil kept on hounding me and my life has become only tears. Demons always seem to accompany the devil . ..

I haven't told you the details of my life, but to the GLORY OF GOD i am here to tell you this because of JESUS CHRIST.

-LOVE your neighbor as yourself.
Amen.

I'm not sure what you mean. I've have been down as a result of spiritual warfare. (I'm taking about the kind where the satanic strongholds try to prevent my purposes and stop my influences by bringing despair, discouragement and gossip.)

I've also faced the devil in the form of temptations. Sometimes I over came while I failed at other times. ("We overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony.")

I've also faced the devil through losses and well-meaning friends as did Job.

If you are talking about making a pack with the devil, remember the blood of Christ can cancel any oath or pack you make with him if you ask Jesus to help you.

At the time the hole was deep, the place was dark and there seemed to be no way out.
The pain so intense, the noise so loud and relentless.
I spoke with the devil, I did not plead, or pray to him, I was terrified but looked him in the eye. To him I was weak and wounded, that is when he strikes. You have to be sly enough to trick him, strong enough to hold onto the smallest rope. He gets bored with some who can endure, there are millions left to torture. Keep the faith.

yes, years ago my marriage broke up and i was in despair, about as low as you can get. This guy turned up and said he would make everything ok. He moved in with me and proceeded to terrorize me and my children. He had dark hair , a short beard, icy blue eyes and and the conscience of a psychopath. I often thought he was the devil incarnate. I only escaped him when he beat me up so badly the police took him away.

Quite the opposite. I was once so HIGH that I saw the devil. But I later realized that it was just my friend's Dio poster and some really kick as$ acid.

Oh yeah, SATAN (devil, whatever you want to call it) is just yet another nonsense word like "God" to explain away all the things that we can't yet understand. "God" = good things, "Satan" = bad/naughty things. Can't you see how chilidish that all is? To take it a step farther, look at the foolish stylized rituals of organized religion. Wake up and get out of that cult!

My experiences with the devil come when I am closest to God and to the new believers because Satan is very unhappy when God is winning souls. It is a spiritual battle and so if a believer is out there "winning souls for God" Satan is losing and that is when he kicks up his heals and tries to defeat them. But yes, when one is low, Satan sees them as weak, but stay close to God and always give God control of your life and He will zoom you back to his loving arms because He loves you so much. Search out online "Fathers Love Letter" video and watch it, it will bless your socks off.
