And is this the reason we can not tune in to their radio broadcasts from other places in the universe? And could the universe sending us information about those who do evil things amongst us? (who really killed JFK)

Stars "twinkle" because of particles in our atmosphere. The light gets distorted while passing through and gives it that twinkling effect. The planets in our solar system don't twinkle because they are much closer and thier light is not refacted as much.

The reason we don't pick up radio broadcasts is because no one is sending us any.

The last part.....that's starting to get weird.

What a strange question!

The stars twinkle because of their faint light and the effects the atmosphere has on it as it passes through that natural filter. In outer space the stars would not twinkle.

I don't know if the stars "tinkle" or not. I have not observed this activity if it does take place.

Light travels at 186,000 miles a second, approximately. The very nearest star is four light years from our Solar System. Most of the stars are much further away. Radio waves travel at the same speed in a different part of the electromagnetic wave spectrum.

JFK was killed by Lee Harvey Oswald. I should imagine that any populated planets in the universe would have enough problems of our own that they would be unaware and would not particularly care about our problems.

I would not rule out radio broadcasts from elsewhere in the universe, but amongst the much stronger electomagnetic waves produced by stars and such these broadcasts would be difficult to detect, although we have built sophisticated equipment to try to find them.

If we do find them we might have much difficulty recognizing and decoding them.

My first response to this is....because they have to pee.

The stars tWinkle because they are moving. Possibly even exploding or imploding. Red means HOT. Blue means HOTTER.

You know how to tell the difference between a star and planet? A star emits its own light. It twinkles. A planet that you can see doesn't twinkle, because the light you see from it is a reflection from the sun.

Stars don't "tinkle." That is a kiddie word for urinate.
Stars appear to "twinkle." That is the Earth's atmosphere interrupting light rays.

Stars "twinkle" from atmospheric disturbances.
Its the same reason my the Hubble telescope can see further and clearer than land based viewers.
