Well I dont blame them. Since you can wrongly enter this complaint in the jokes/riddles section, I wont be surprised if you entered the wrong contract with orange!

lol,

sorry about your orange problem, but I sure do hope you enjoyed my reply.

You entered a contract, and in doing so you agreed to make regular payments. If you had wanted to cease the contract because you wanted a longer ringing tone then you should have sort legal advise (or at least gone to Citizens Advise).

Surely 15 seconds is more than enough ring tone, if you are away from it for longer look at the scree to see if you had any missed calls. Or better still out it in your pocket then you will always have it close by to answer.

It is not, repeat NOT If Orange say that you were paying for 30 seconds and you were getting only 1y5 seconds this was a clear case of consumer protection.Instead of correcting the gap they have blacked you out. You have a very good case of breach of consumer rights and breach of promise. If you proceed against them not only the 30 seconds ring would be restored but you will also be compensated

yes cos u entered into a contract which you broke by not paying therefore you are in breach of contract and thats why you have been blacklisted
if you cant hear or answer your phone within 30 seconds then there is something wrong with you cos most people have their phones within reach and answer them almost instantly or is it you just like to listen to your ring tone for ages and annoy people

Yes it is fair. You chose to enter into a contract with them and that's not good enough reason to cancel the contract. In stopping paying, you are in breach of that contract. Don't be surprised if they pursue for the remainder of the year's line rental either.

Have you tried that programme on TV, "Don't get done get Dom" you could go on line, see if they are interested?

Or get in touch with Citizens Advice, or perhaps get some help in this matter on line, it seems to be all out there!

I had a show down with a telephone company they are something else to battle with.....get professional advice...good luck !
