Sortir i Issyakat'
In what languages are these, again?
Sortir = John?
Issyakat' = Peter?
If so, how come Peter the Great's name is Пётр (Pyotr)?

Proper names should not be translated. Although many people do it any way. As you can see we would each have about many versions of our name if translated into every language.
Proper names are not to be translated and in "official" document translation is strictly prohibited.
So if your name is John Rivers, it does not get translted to Juan Rios in Spanish.

Someone said here:
Sortir and issiakat
Sortir=toilet , bathroom, from French Sortir (exit)
Issiakat=to finish, to stop floating.
That was a stupid prank.
John sounds like Ivan in Russia, and Jan, (Ian) in polish.
Piotr stands for Peter in both of these languages.
Peter means "A Rock"
Ivan means "Good to God"
The names can be checked for meanings in the web sites like
