As long as their not salted or roasted or whatever they should all be good for you. Maybe eat mixed nuts, after all everthing in moderation. And throw some seeds in there too!
Also probably best not to have nuts with a pint....

Ineresting question! According to a website I found, the healthiest are walnuts, followed by almonds, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, then macadamia nuts. It explains why, too. I'm definitely going to start eating more nuts!

I love Brazil nuts... but they cannot be eaten in small quantities, too addictive!
