agree, i meant u have the big bro get all the lates and the younges get all the fun, while u wonder what the ^%$ is goin on with u....it really crazy......but out of all the 3 the middle is the stronges. they called me the black sheep, n proud of it:)

I'm an only child and I think that sucks, even though everyone is sure I'm spoilt.
I think that everyone's life just sucks sometime. Oldest has to do everything, youngest gets picked on and middle gets ignored.
What are you gonna do? Just try to make the best of it, when you get older you can move out and be independent and all this will be behind you.
Eventually you and your sibs will laugh at the stupid torture you all put each other through.

funny, my sister is the middle child and she is the most coddled spoiled woman that i know. Even when we were kids she could get away with murder and my parents would be like that's ok don't do it again, yet the same offence for me and my oldest sister was a huge lecture and a spanking and grounding. All rank of siblings suck in one way or another, like my oldest sister had to fight to have a later curfew on the weekend and every other right of passage, by the time my parents got to me they were like do what you want, leave us alone. No, my younger brothers are spoiled! I have to buy them every thing. Like when I have to take them to the movies. I have to buy a tickets snacks, and drinks. It is ridicules. He is 18 with a full time job and makes more then me! The 16 year old does not have a job so I understand. I am 1 out of 3.

Whatever the birthorder, there are always some pros and cons. Maybe it sucks in some ways being the middle child, but it also sucks to be the youngest and I'm sure it also sucks to be the oldest. There are just different reasons why it sucks. ;)

How come I have never noticed such things when I was growing up? I hear the middle child gets screwed, but maybe I was just too much a dumb and happy kid to notice.

Depends on the composition of the family. I am the middle child, but the siblings are boys...Works for me!!

YES! finally someone feeling the pain! whenever my older brother tells me to do some mediocre chore HE should be doing, i can't tell my little brother to do it for me! so i end up doing slavery while my brothers become favorites to my parents. is there no end to this INSANITY?!?

And my elder sibling is very passive, so the only 'firsts' I got to have were independence/social fights with parents.
