For most of us, the ego winds itself up and watches itself go.

That is one of the many reasons it is so hard to let go.

Greeting Friend,

In my opinion, the ego is something that I don't really want to play with. That is just a trick the ego uses. It's just another ego pretending like it is you playing with the ego I will not be deceived by its tricks.

If you want to see the ego in action, just watch your response to other people. Do you get anger, or upset in any way? That's the ego. Notice that and let it go.

sending love,

Hi,
For today I am playing with my ego. I don't want to work when I know I should be getting on and I'm being naughty answering questions here because it's a good way to escape having to do other things. My ego wins. It's always good to let your inner-child come out to play every once in a while but tomorrow I shall allow my adult ego state to return and discipline the inner child in me so I get back to responsibility!

I"ve given this some thought today. So, I love this question as a means to explore it outloud.

Ego can be applied in getting things done. Your always hearing it as a child

"apply yourself"

We certainly know what that means, don't we?

I think it's some sort of modern higher ideal that we move through life without self evidence.

However, we are experiencing all this. I was thinking of my ego because there is something...a task, that I find difficult to do without some ego play. And I want to get it done, so going without definition here, isn't going to serve me.

Just for the day, I'll take it out to play..

If you want to know to play with ego, then it is not possible from most of us to become ego less. If you really interested then forgive to them who are against you. For such foregiveless one has to take society of those who have no ego.Such persons can be available in India but it is very difficult to search them. For example, Samrat Guru RamDas,Kabir Das etc a lot names are there. Accordingly, egoless person can wind ego and watch it go.

Woody Allen sez' "I AM AT TWO WITH MYSELF", and I like that comment a lot. The tragedy is when you're ego takes over and you're not aware of how offensive your self-centeredness is. I think it's important to be who you are, AND be observing who you are simultaneously.
As a singer/entertainer for years , I've had lots of practice, at being "in character" during a performance, but seperating that from who I really am. Conversely, I also try to put something authentic about who I really am into my stage character. So I can say from experience, I've had the blessing of being allowed to play with my ego,not pego, Penfold, and get paid for it. No matter how you do it, the therapy of it all is to learn not too take yourself too seriously, and the best part of your ego is when you're immersed in the moment, and caring for others, and can forget about it.

If there was no ego, how could I've experienced all lthe wonderful world?
If there was only ego, how could I ever have everlasting happiness?
Ego play all the 'fun' part, let it do it's job - as far as we remember who we really are, it's okay~

I know i know I know I know I know how to watch it and go.

I dont know how to wind it up.

Whatever you do with ur Ego (except witnessing it) it may go deep into your mind and hide.

Yes. Ask it if it is coming out to play, then throw a couple of building blocks towards it.
