Not a lot really - colds have to run their course.
Try steaming - might help to clear the nose a bit! A good walk would make you feel better if you can face it.
Just take paracetamol four hourly to relieve the symptoms - but a cold will last a week if treated, and seven days if not!!! Sorry :(

Im not sure how you'd get rid of it but Id suggest melting some Vics into a bowl and do the steam treatment. It ususally clears my nose and throat even if only for a few hours of relief. Goodluck

Lemon and eucalyptus essential oils mixed together will unblock your sinuses a treat.
Use about 4 drops of each on a tissue and put on a radiator or similar.
At night time put a tissue with in your bedroom and you will wake up with clear sinuses.
It even works on my sceptic partner ;-)
Benzoin oil is a really soothing oil for your lungs. And dairy has mucus-producing effect on me so i would avoid it for a while.
For the headache I would use aspirin.

Could be related to bronchitis. The only way to know for sure is to see your dr for further evaluation. I have had some of these symptoms the past two weeks and when I went to the dr on Mon they found out I had bronchitis.

Steaming and decongestants (e.g. actifed tablets).
Afraid it will have to run its course.
Coughing is possibly post nasal dripping.
Headache could be sinusitis
