I have hit a plateau.I am eating and exercising right.
I eat almost the same thing everyday (7-8 servings of mixed vegetable and turkey breast) . Could my diet have caused me to hit plateau, since I eat pretty much the same stuff everyday?
How do I break the plateau?

you have to eat bigger variety of food - your body needs nutrients like complex carbs, protein, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.
have complex carbs for breakfast, have fruit and there are all kinds of veggies, lean meats, fish, healthy fats like nuts, avocados, nut butters, soy products, milk products, legumes etc.
make sure you eat small meals every 2-3 hours that way your body gets energy when it needs it and doesnt have any extra left to store in fat reserves.
do some HIIT (high intensity interval training) - it will help you lose more weight (fat)
do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min

If you are taking in less than 1200 calories a day, your body will go into "starvation mode" and conserve calories. You can break the plateau by increasing your calorie intake to 1200-1500 calories/day, and increasing your exercise to burn 300-500 calories per day. By changing your routine , you will change your body's reactions.

Also, be aware that you can still be losing inches even when the scale doesn't show any loss in pounds.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

If you still have weight to lose (I'm assuming you do), then you want to increase your exercise intensity or duration every day. The poster above said to lift weights. Lifting light weights is good, but shouldn't be your priority at all. You want to be spending most of your time doing cardio; running and biking (or walking, depending on what your level is). If you really want to see results, 60 minutes of cardio every day is what you should be aiming for.
