Bail Bond is the guarantee for the accused to appear in the judicial processes. If, the accused does not appear, the bond is forfeited in favor of the government and a warrant of arrest is issued for his capture.

A surrender bond is a bond that is surrendered by the bondsman either in court or by a recovery team they will do this when the bail application is in violation or when a defendant is a flight risk

I've never heard of such a thing? Are you out on bond and wanting to surrender yourself? Or are you on a cash or property bond and wanting to surrender that person? Sorry, I don't follow...
