Nowadays most of the parents who are retired from a dignified job find it difficult to settle down with their children in a far of place. At the same time they don't want to lead a sanyasi's life. They want to do some social work, help needy people,part their experience of life with others, company with equals,good care in sickness and all basic needs and entertainment.Can anybody suggest few places where these people can find a comfortable living after their retirement. The place should be having a good climatical condition also.

First off social work is a profession, so you can't just do social work. You can always volunteer for charities or human service organizations. Most people find that the southwest is nice AZ or NM and lots of options for the older folks. DA
