You want to eat around .5 to 1 gram of protien per pound of bodyweight. If you weight 125 lbs, you wanna eat around 63-125 grams of protien. If you wanna bulk up, eat 2 grams of protien per pound. If you wanna lose, just stick with .5 grams, but don't starve yourself or you will just lose muscle but your body will store fat!

If you can eat lean meats and lots of veggies (literally zero calories) , you can eat a lot of protein to make up to 2,000 calories.

But you won't be able to eat that much protein.
