well Bramha as we all know, is chaturmukhi, so when we say that Bramha sleeps, could he really be asleep? Bramha asleep would mean the stoppage of process of creation and evolution. Which cannot be possible in this ever-changing and moving cosmos, else all shall go for a toss.
So the sleep of Bramha should be interpreted as one of his heads taking rest while the others still awake and managing the affairs. This way Bramha sleeps as well as the process never stops.
