Um, hi how is is going? Just a quick question, no offense to anyone. Like to all the people who don't believe in God, like...how do you know God isn't real?
I mean I'm not saying you are wrong, the bible could have been written by a drunk guy, but that doesn't mean he isn't real.

That's my point, I don't know if he is real or not real. I'm not trying to froce or yell to people they are wrong because they don't believe in God. I mean I believe in God, but I'm not going to hate an Athesis just because they want proof.
Hell I want proof too.

He's real! If atheists didn't *really* believe in God, why would they get so upset with Christians who *know* He's real? Everyone has a God-shaped hole in his life, his soul, his spirit, which only God can fill! If you look at all that He has created, how can you doubt? A couple Bible verses come to mind, "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth." 2 Timothy 2:15; and "If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him." James 1:5
Oh, one more: "The fool says in his heart, 'There is no God.' They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good." Psalms 14:1 (Then he prays to God that he's right!)
The Greek word, "agnostic" is equivalent to the Latin word, "ignoramus"!
If you get to Hell, i.e., eternal separation from the Holy Presence of God, *that* will be your proof; but by then it will be too late to do anything about it!

God may very well be real. Oh, do you mean that vengeful, angry God who only loves fundies- naw I don't believe that.
Other things I don't believe in - Loch Ness Monster, Bigfoot, UFOs, the tooth fairy and the Easter bunny. Could be wrong about those too, but I'm willing to take my chances.

The inability or unwillingness of god or the gods to speak directly to each indivudal and to provide accurate, reliable information that does not contain errors, inaccuracies and contradicitions (the scriptures of all three of the major monotheistic religions are rife with such) and the general failure of these religions to promote peace among the faithful as well as world peace, although all three profess the same as an ideal, seems fairly valid eveidence that god does not exist or that if god does exist, he/she/it is not active within our lives.
Instead of looking outside of one's self for the answers to one's own life, why not begin the search for truth within the individual?
May it all be well with you.

I don't know that at all. God COULD be real. Zeus COULD be real. Santa Claus COULD be real.
Until I have proof that something exists, I believe that it does not. You could tell me that you have an original model T, but I won't believe you until I see you driving it.

I suppose you're right. And I also suppose fairies and dragons and invisible pink unicorns could also be real too. I mean, just because it seems obvious that someone just made them up doesn't mean that they are not real, right?
Hmmmmm.....
