Wisdom. Because wisdom comes from God. It's a very special gift.

Wisdom is better than intellect but Power is the wrong word to describe the difference. I always believe we should start with the definition;
intellect-- noun
The faculty of thinking, reasoning, and acquiring and applying knowledge: brain (often used in plural), brainpower, intelligence, mentality, mind, sense, understanding, wit. Slang: smart (used in plural). See ability, thoughts
A person of great mental ability: brain, intellectual, mind, thinker.
Wisdom-- noun
1. The ability to discern or judge what is true, right, or lasting; insight.
2. Common sense; good judgment: "It is a characteristic of wisdom not to do desperate things" (Henry David Thoreau).
3. a. The sum of learning through the ages; knowledge: "In those homely sayings was couched the collective wisdom of generations" (Maya Angelou).
b. Wise teachings of the ancient sages.
4. A wise outlook, plan, or course of action.
5. Wisdom Bible Wisdom of Solomon.
Deep, thorough, or mature understanding: insight, profundity, sagaciousness, sagacity, sageness, sapience. See wise
The ability to make sensible decisions: common sense, judgment, sense. Informal: gumption, horse sense. See ability
That which is known; the sum of what has been perceived, discovered, or inferred: information, knowledge, lore. See knowledge.
So you see wisdom uses intellect or knowledge and does the right thing with it. Where as intellect alone causes pride and does not mean you have any common sense to use the knowledge you have.

Intellect to me is more powerful. But, wisdom is best if it is combined with a powerful intellect.

Intellect. you can use in many ways to control all thing including wisdom. But it is depend how you control it. If you a smart person, it is not impossible to do it.
