When you are trying eat really healthy food, what do you make sure you drink plenty of? Or what do you try to eliminate from your diet in the way of drinks?

Water, I drink it from a little bottle that i carry around so i always have it with me to remind me.
Another good thing is to get organic fruit and veg and put them thru the juicer at home in combinations you like and drink it fresh. Yummy too.
If its cold herb teas are nice and soothing and still healthy, if you want you can add a little honey. I eat whatever i like, (good thing for me i really like only healthy stuff most of the time) so i always add honey but if you want to limit sugars .you could have without.

I drink lots of water. For breakfast I have a fresh juice from apple and carrot. I completely ban soda of any kind and liquids with sugar.

Drink lots of water and milk mabye even some juicey juice and eliminate any sodas and softdrinks or artificial crap.

I like coca tea, it is very healthy with a bit of splenda

but recently I get some coke cherry zero to get some sweets on my diet, it is not healthy but is better than abuse chocolates

I love water. Ice cold water with lots of ice. I am so addicted to water. I cannot get enough of the stuff.

Any freshly squeezed juice (like apple juice and orange juice) and tea is rather wholesome. it is via the fact it is organic and organic which ability no sugars have been further (or the rest to make it final longer).

i try to stop drinking soda!

i hate milk!
i drink Yogurt juice (i dont know if you've heard of it)
it is just liquid yogurt with salt! i love its taste!

i drink lots of tea, lots and lots of it. And I'm not addicted tot he caffeine. I can go days without it, but I don't wanna.
